No matter where we are in the world, certain landscapes, or attributes of certain areas, have special meanings or memories attached to them.

We need to try to preserve these special areas, such as those in the SE Tennessee, N Georgia areas, which have never really been as appreciated as they could have been, but yet, they are enriching multifaceted historic areas, landscapes, trails and so on.

These kinds of areas can be utilized to help school both the young and the old about the events that transpired in and around these and other areas, which helped transform the area or country that it is located in, and possibly impacted other areas of the world whether directly or indirectly.
